We offer free estimates, and accept items by post (please contact me for postal address) or appointment after initial contact by phone or email, attaching a photograph if possible. We can come to you if the distance is reasonable.

ESTIMATES
Every ceramic item has to be assessesed individually, from removing a previous poor repair, to rebonding and aligning shards then filling, replacing missing parts and colour matching areas of loss.
Each item involves its own challenge, and on occasion, estimates may need to be revised as the time and scope of the work may increase.
POSTAGE & PACKAGING
Wherever possible, please wrap each piece in white tissue paper. Newspaper or coloured paper may stain the object. Fragments may be gathered together in a handkerchief or kitchen towel.
Wrap all items in bubble wrap, and place into a container lined with bubble wrap. Plastic containers may be used inside a bubble wrapped padded box. Please remember to include your name,email address, postal address and telephone number.
If return postage is required, please state which method you would prefer to be employed. You may like to make your own shipping arrangements through a courier (if other than the Royal Mail may be recommended) if you so wish. Once the item has left the studio no responsibility can be taken for breakages or loss so please ensure that the item(s) are adequately insured.
